Løypebeskrivelse
Ursknappen er høyeste topp i Nes kommune. Fra Ursknappen går det nedover til Steinsjøen. Du passerer Rabbtjennet og den lange fine Jonsokmyra på veien dit. Løypa går så over Steinsjøen og ned til Masthaugen enten via Murua og Tennungen eller forbi Heerkoia (avhengig av om det er overvann på sjøene).
Masthaugen er neste kontakt med brøytet bilvei.
